All items are made to order.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Most orders are fulfilled within 5 business days. If there are any delays, we will contact you directly.

Larger or bulk orders may require additional time depending on volume.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

For larger orders (typically over 5kg), we may contact you to confirm the most cost-effective delivery option.

Local Delivery (Mandurah / Perth Region)
Free local delivery is available within 75km of Meadow Springs, WA.

We will contact you via SMS to arrange a suitable delivery time.

International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only.

P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. boxes via Australia Post.

Returns & Exchanges

Personalised & Custom Products
Due to the custom nature of personalised and custom items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these products.

Non-Personalised Products
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition. Refunds will be issued excluding return shipping costs.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@71customs.com.au within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and photos of the item.

We will assess each case and work with you to resolve the issue.
