Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Order fulfilment should be within 5 business days. If there are circumstances that will extend this time, we will let you know. And of course, at all times please contact us if you have any questions!

Domestic Shipping Rates and EstimatesFor calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For orders over 5kg, shipping rates can be very expensive so we only offer local delivery on these products. However, if you would like to have the product shipped to you, please contact us and we will work with you to determine shipping costs and time.

Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for all orders within 25km of Meadow Springs, WA.

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the time and day of our delivery to you.

International Shipping
Currently we are not shipping outside Australia.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
We can ship to PO boxes using Australia Post.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Due to the personalised nature of many of our products, we cannot accept returns on these products.  We do want you to be happy with your purchase however, so please contact us if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

For non-personalised products, we accept returns up to 7 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@71customs.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
